It uses three batteries up in a month, even while only turning it on a few hours an evening. And it dims after a week or two.You don't have to worry about these snowflakes sticking! They are very cute and pretty much what is to be expected from it! HOWEVER, please be warned that unless you have infinite more patience and luck than I do... make sure you wake up on the right side of the bed before decorating with these lol they stick and tangle SO easily. They stick to random furniture, they stick to the tree, hell if you aren't careful it'll get stuck on your own clothing- they do like to tangle and get hooked on each other as well. Maybe I am just a hot mess, but with these it took a lot longer than anticipated (mainly because I made what I wanted to do with these more difficult and intricate than needed). Small projects and decorations these are awesome for!I bought these for my little table top tree. It isn't near an outlet so I love that these can be battery powered. The little snowflakes are so unique and super cute. They are also brighter than I expected.The wire was a bit fragile and due to a minor incident, broke. Fortunately I can fix it and the strand will still work. I have no regrets about buying this and will enjoy them next year.I love them and ordered more. I put them outside on my deck. The snowflakes give off a nice warm light. They came packaged in a cute little box as well. They don't have a plug to go into an outlet. Instead, you have to use batteries. Light only lasts around a day on a full set of 3 batteries! So you either need to have a constant stream of rechargeable batteries on the go or else a TON of disposable ones. Super inconvenient. After a day or sometimes even less, the lights get really dim. They do not have remote control or timer function, they just have an on-off switchI used two sets to decorate an outside conifer. From 07 Dec through 05 Jan they were switched on every evening and off by around 10.45pm, and not once did I have to change the batteries in either set. They looked more like stars than snowflakes - very pretty! Only one problem though. I wish they had a built in timer or a remote. It would have been nicer not having to go outside when it was raining. So I may have to use them indoors next Xmas.Arrived extra early and we'll wrapped. Bought for next Christmas to decorate the Christmas tree in our garden. We bought some last year for the same purpose but it would look much better with more lights ,which incidentally are very effective and decorative. Well worth the money. Can recommend both product and seller.Lights were advertised as Indoor/Outdoor, the actual lights maybe waterproof but the battery box definitely is not. I purchased these lights for outdoor use but the battery box is not waterproof and would not be protective from the weather. The lights are nice but definitely for indoor use only. Am disappointed but will use the lights indoor.Really happy with this set of Christmas snow lights, I made my room look so lovely and so beautiful.Good price for the product .It’s so worth it.Will never last outside even though described as indoor & outdoor. The box if not waterproof. They are cheap & nasty . I should have known not to buy & believe they could have ever been £19.99 never .
